I usually start with a Business Planning Meeting, either off-site, or at your place of business. In this session, together we will create a one-page 90 day Action Plan, detailing the relevant activities, accountabilities and timelines. This is the time for you to have the luxury of downloading all of your ideas, aspirations and dreams for your business and to share with me how best we can make it happen!
Once this plan of action has been agreed, I will get on with the delivery aspects, whether it's taking the lead on business planning, sales and marketing, strategic development, change management, or providing training or mentoring to your team. We will meet regularly to discuss progress and next steps, so that you will always know where your project is up to.
