A privately owned commercial vehicle enterprise devised and implemented a New Business Strategy. Focussing on referrals and networking to market their services, they grew their client base and extended their geographical reach as their initial goal. Ultimately, following on from their early success, the business owner achieved his exit strategy a year earlier than he had planned.
A UK charity opened a new location and needed to quickly establish community links to effectively fund-raise to national benchmark expectations. Developed a local volunteer network and various fund-raising initiatives. Implemented a mini 'call centre' to engage with potential donors. Exceeded cash targets well ahead of corporate deadlines and became 'nominated charity' for a number of local businesses.
A well respected social housing provider appraised potential commercial opportunities; developing significant partner and prospective customer networks. Leading to Project Managing their business development initiatives with a strong focus on effective delivery against time, cost and quality criteria and increased ROI.
A newly formed JV Green Energy company developed a Business Plan to successfully build a strong client base, delivering funded retrofit schemes to local communities and creating employment opportunities.
The owner of a small event management company grew her business across Europe. Set up offices in USA to develop new business, grow her client base and develop greater market share. Designed and integrated a new sales process and customer retention strategy, achieving an average of 87% repeat business year on year. Now an international major player in the global meeting planning sector.
